So. Is it just assumed that the halfing knows what the damage is before he forces a re-roll? It just says “when an attack hits you”. Looks to me a DM would be well within his/her right to say the halfling has to make the decision before he knows the damage.

This, I agree with. People go on and on about the halfing ability... it just is not that good. And I have to say my Eladrin Fighter gosh darn LOVEs his teleport and I have used it in every single encounter to date. [COLOR=white]Maybe I will make a Halfling toon next time just to see why...

That made me laugh the most out of all the other hilarious comments on this thread. Development is done on the hard bound books as well… so shouldn’t the 2nd printing be cheaper? I am sure WoTC does not have ANY ongoing costs nor would they be using the profits from the Core books to pay for...

You are getting your facts messed up. DDI was going to cost the same as a MMO... which it does. The PDFs were going to be an extra charge that would cost 'a cup of coffee'... which was taken out and the data base added. Not saying that was a good thing of a bad thing just what happened.

You can use any encounter power out of combat but you have to use a short rest between each one. So 5 mins. I dont have my books but that is under the second wind area as i recall. This. is. damn. funny.
