Yea you can't level out that stuff when you calculate the math and those things will not be known until we all play level 1 to 30 in an organic way. I don't think it is going to be perfect... but it is definitely looking better.

For me, a huge 4e fanboy, I really miss the random tables. And I really want someone to code up one for me. Why? Sometimes treasure should just be random. Sometimes it should be placed. I want the flexibility to do both... and I had it before and I don’t now... and that is kind of sucky...

Eldrin make great sword and board fighters. Teleporting past the little guys to lock down your big bad boss is really great. And the extra damage from the Eldrin solder feat is nice as well. Oh and javelins as the range weapon of choice.

At level 1 you pick if you are going to be a controller or a striker. If you take two handed as your weapon focus you are (or should be) a striker. If you go with sword and board then you will be a controller. I am playing a controller version right now… damn fun.
