YES As written below. I was a little skeptical on standard action, but don't think it would be a huge issue.

Aquaphibian misses with a wild haymaker, but the tankbot explodes after one of Ghost's telekinetic attacks. OOC: Just a reminder- Next Friday is like the last post for a few weeks. What does the team do next?

OOC:well, there's a lot of them and they seem easy to defeat. :D Aquaphibian takes a ferocious swing, but misses his target. Both Gryphon and Ghost destroy their adversaries, leaving one last bot. The robot fires at Gryphon and misses. Ghost notices that the last group of five tankbots...

Aquaphibian's call goes unanswered. Meanwhile... Three of the tankbots stop and fire at Aquaphibian. Two miss, but one manages to hit him, knocking him back with a bolt of energy. The other two close on the heroes. OOC: Aphib is bruised.

OOC: I head out of town for work for three weeks starting June 25th. ANy chance of finishing before then?

Twilight Gryphon swings down, but fails to take out her target. As she rushes by she glances over her shoulder to see Aquaphibian and Ghost destroy their adversaries. She faces forward again and spies another patrol of five tankbots heading their way. OOC Tankbots are 50' and closing.

Aquaphibian smashes the tankbot, destroying it handily. He peers over to see twilight Gryphon shred through vital parts of a second bot before flying on. Another tankbot fires at her as she flies away, but misses. The tankbot explodes, leaving Aquaphibian to assume it was a victim of ghost...

Now Ryland waits to see the reply to his partner's comment.

OOC:Is this a move and attack, or is he just moving?

Ryland looks at Devlin and shrugs,"As I said, when queried under magical influence, this person denied everyhting. Revealing their identity would ruin our reputation for discretion", Ryland's tone implies a wink/wink nudge/nudge.

OOC: Sorry for the double post, was the team going to follow up on this (of course they might be occupied for the short run)?

Ghost scans the control room atop the dam, but sees nothing that he would consider out of the ordinary. The Tankbots stop about thirty feet away, and appear to be taking aim at the team. The heroes can't help but think that stray fire to the top of the dam could be a problem. OOC: You guys...
