The only way to get Encounters adventures is to attend Encounters and to DM the game. If they made it freely available on their site, that would undermine the purpose of Encounters: getting people into the game stores to help build community. I highly doubt we'll see that happen.

This only works if the weapliment counts as a magic implement. As it draws on the implement's enhancement bonus and properties, I would say it does not count, especially since it says that the weapon cannot be enchanted.

It looks like they have improvements to their pact weapon class feature at levels where they normally get an encounter power. These might include new pact-specific encounter powers.

You can start out with higher damage and widen the gap at higher levels by being a Str/Dex Slayer and picking Half-Orc. The Melee Training slayer isn't the best damage output if that's what you're interested it.
