There are no monster, NPC, or trap creation rules in the new DM's Kit. I am VERY disappointed in Wizards. More than half the book appears to be identical to content in the RC, and key things (like the creation rules, non-random treasure, etc) are missing.

I assume you're talking about Boundless Endurance, the Level 2 Fighter Utility... which the Slayer has access to, since he gains Level 2 Fighter Utility powers.

I haven't been keeping up with the news, but I think you are right. Masterplan is quite popular and I liked PyMapper better than the internal one for Masterplan the last time I used it, so having a guy focused on just making a good mapper that could integrate would really benefit both sides.

The power allows you to use Stealth to become hidden. Stealth explicitly states you cannot use a creature as cover to become hidden.

By the latest update, if the power targets creatures and not enemies, it will hit your mount.
