Her Majesty's Dragon free ebook for download

Kewl. Now, I'll have to get back into reading the Temeraire series. I'm hoping Peter Jackson and the Weta folks will get started in shooting the film(s).

Uwe Boll Is At It Again

    Sounds like a plot from a 1970's B film.

STAR TREK by JJ Abrams - new photos

I won't disagree. The show's fourth season outshined the previous three seasons combined.

4th Ed D&D just like Old School D&D-- when it comes to Cease & Desist Letters

Doubt it, 4e fanboy. As long as there are Pathfinder, True20/Mutants & Masterminds, Spycraft, etc., OGL will live far longer than 4e GSL (which will end when D&D 5e is published).

    Confusion over GSL and 4e

I agree with you. 4e is more about "Rules, not Tools," a complete turnaround from 3e's "Tools, not Rules." If the same could be said of the assassin class, then it could be said of WotC's vampire monster, especially if some 3PP want to do a different kind of vampire-based setting. While this...

    Confusion over GSL and 4e

You shouldn't be. You might take some [idiotic] flacks from die-hard WotC loyalist fans who think WotC can make a better assassin class than you, but who says there can only be one assassin class for 4e?

    Confusion over GSL and 4e

Riiiiiiiight. :] No, we didn't say that. Nor do WotC. It means that "if you follow the ground rules set by WotC, then put your imagination into making money for you." That also means that you're going into business, and no one sane enough to get into business blindly.

[Trailer] GI Joe: Rise of Cobra

Meh. I was a child of the 80's too, having watched the G1 series alongside Transformers. The film trailer didn't stir me that much. :erm:

    Digital Telivision Conversion: Ready Yet?

Who Made the Switch? It's February 17, or what's left of it, and while the government have postponed the national deadline until June 12, some of the stations went ahead anyway. So, who made the switch on this day?

    Who was the best Batman?

NOW that I know what he looks like, Kevin Conroy is a very good replacement to Adam West's Batman. He, out of all the choices above, is most likely to master the Bat-tusi dance. :p YouTube - Kevin Conroy On Murphy Brown Heck, he could make a good ... Captain ... James T... Kirk.

So, how'd you get the DLC without the MS Points?

    Who was the best Batman?

At Val's age at the time they shot Batman Forever, you'd have to find a 14-year-old actor to portray a proper father/son vibe on-screen. Alternatively, they could have signed up his castmate from Willow.

[Trailer] GI Joe: Rise of Cobra

Yeahhh. I wouldn't put this GI JOE on the same pedestal as Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. It's nowhere near the same pedestal as the first Fantastic Four film. I also think your remark is way off-base about the colorful JOE uniforms. Of course, we wouldn't expect them to be using '40-style...

[Trailer] GI Joe: Rise of Cobra

Yeah, I don't think Chris Pine is going to master the Shat's overdramatized dialogue and swagger. :p The late James Belushi came close, though ... girth and all.

    Who was the best Batman?

At the time he was cast as Batman, Val looks too young to be taken a court-ordered ward like Chris O'Donnell as Grayson. But having seen Val now, he can portray as Bruce/Batman (albeit not enough to wrap his utility belt around his donut). BTW, I prefer Keaton.

[Trailer] GI Joe: Rise of Cobra

Just lower your expectation ... until it's a half-inch above the ground. :p Most likely, I'll rent/borrow the DVD.
