Yeah, I avoided that kickstarter for a few of those reasons. However, his behavior definitely didn't win him any fans. And, people began posting about it in the comments of the kickstarter.

Some of these people seem to stress way too much over a $30 book. Like you, I was going to purchase this book regardless, so why not pre-order. In fact, I had already pre-ordered 2 physical copies from Amazon. So, I am willing to "risk" $90 on this product.

I hope they make the feats available to all for free or a fee... If it is free, then there may be a delay in it being available. Or, possibly at a cost, but available on release day of the Guide? We have yet to use feats in our group, but I'll probably pre-order just to check them out. I...
