For those who don't play D&D (or its clones), what keeps you engaged with EN World?

I stopped reading most of the RPG news because I have to fight FOMO afterwards. A retirement budget is not the same as a full-time work budget. The media section can be fun when threads don't spin out of control. Since I'm no longer interested in Star Trek, Star Wars, DCU and MCU, it limits the...

Your most "visceral" experience at a movie theater.

The Road (2009). It took me a week to stop having flashbacks. Great movie, but really sad and dark. The ending offers a glimmer of hope.

    [Prime] Citadel

We watched it last Summer and it was almost good. Recently, we watched Citadel Diana (taking place in Italy) and Citadel Honey Bunny (taking place in India), which are more low-budget. Elements of Honey Bunny will be ported into season 2 of Citadel. Did you like it? It would make a great...

Critical Role Announces Age of Umbra Daggerheart Campaign, Starting May 29th

They don’t want to hurt their own game as it comes out. It would be bad marketing to announce a D&D campaign at this time. They have to juggle being a publisher and a D&D channel at the same time. I’m convinced the décision is already taken and the D&D team is currently creating the next...

Kelsey Dionne and Mike Mearls on Ben Riggs show Reading D&D aloud.

My take on the supposed Indy revival, from the point of view of solo gamers, is that it started in 2020. So many Indy titles flooded the market since then in PDF or POD formats that it's impossible to follow, and it continues to this day.
