I prefer Justicar too, it sounds more "powerful" and it's a better fantasy term IMO.

:1: I think mixes will be better handled by using a third class that covers the concept. :2: For example, if you want to make the fighter/wizard type of character, just make a swordmage instead. :3: Maybe we will see the most classic combination of classes as whole new classes.

Most wizards are not even armed, so if the OA/AoO rules remain somewhat the same as the 3.5 rules, they gain OA's even if wielding a wand.
