the levelup process doesnt require you have the feat before you gain the level, merely you have the feat before you choose the class. Thus, you can take the feat at 18, THEN select your class.

Old style grognards. I am growing to like anime influences more and more. ToB: Bo9S was the best thing to ever happen to 3e imo. The more anime influence 4e has, the happier I will be, assuming it still is identifiable as D&D. Oh, and I started in 1977 with AD&D, and I'm 36.

Seems to me Forgotten Realms is the default setting for 4e, and that seems to mean Tieflings need to be in the PHB, since they are a core FR race. I don't understand all the debate?

I am annoyed that a str 4 weakling can easily play a str 36 half-dragon, but a charisma 9 nerd is unable to play a charisma 26 bard, because he cant sing and make brilliantly witty remarks to the NPCs. Call me weird.
