I would say one bite attack. Crazy to assume that all their attacks convert to bite damage which is their best usually. And if their moving they should eat the penalty on the grapple. If you are moving, your not devoting all you could to grappling someone. Try it sometime.

Yea I didn't make that clear. As Weapon Finesse replaces the to hit bonus for STR with DEX, so Imp WF replaces the damage for STR with DEX. It does not add with STR. There, I think that should have it cleared up for everyone.

Read the description, the damage does not apply to anything immune to crits.

No 1.5 multiplier for this, 2 hands doesn't make you more accurate. And it does put alot on one stat, but its limited to one weapon and would require 2 feats which I feel balances things out nicely.
