Exalted got hammered in TT for clogging up TTO many, many times. It was the game that people wanted a seperate forum for just so they could post about something else.
They? You didn't read the thread in Trouble Tickets about how many of the users hated the idea and want it remerged with TTO? Shannon (and I guess Allan and other skotos employees) were the ones that made the decision.
And I couldn't care. Clicking an extra link doesn't take that much effort or...
A rather interesting idea in Unearthed Arcana, it seems it is eclipsed by racial paragon levels unfortunately.
Is there any pdfs or books that additional lines?
There is one other kind of monster book, of which I know of only one example. Genjitsu's Shaping the Self took the paragon levels and expanded the idea. More or less, they are leveled templates.
As much as I love Minions, the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary is still first with me.
For template books, Bodies and Souls from Second World nudges out Advanced Bestiary and Book of Templates 3.5.
No, it was more like skotos.rpg.net or something like that. rpg.net led to it at the time I posted. Now it is just dead.
I am missing my Tangency fix, moreso since I wanted to necro one of the more important threads (IMO).

Yes and sort of. The first book released, the PH is pretty bad, but as the line continues, the books get much better. If you want to take the time to rewrite the character creation rules, it is a good resource.
I used them like lizardmen. They do exactly what humans are doing in the real world- breeding and filling every available spot (which is what the god of the lizardmen wants). The difference is locathah have a lot more ground to cover than humans and have to deal with a lot more dangerous...
Kuo-toa will always be an underdark culture to me.
Locathah I think has gotten the short end of the stick since the first edition. I prefer them to human/fish hybrids, and place them in lakes and rivers as well as shallow seas.
Sahuagen and the eel people from Sea Devils are more of deep water...
When MW got the licence, they tossed all the art that existed when Bastion was to be the publisher. I don't know how much Fast Forward had done before they went belly up.
Though I will add it to the OP for the purposes of completeness, no. I find Chaositech (and Dark Space before it) to be one of the absolute worst rpg books with mutations. Some of the other material is mildly interesting, but the much maligned 6th edition of Gamma World has more diversity and...
Arise thread! I renamed the thread since it is more general biotech than genetic engineering.
But the reason I am reviving it is to ask a question- how many DMs use domesticated animals that have been magically altered? With all the spellflingers about, one would expect some improvements for...
