Book of Vile Darkness is my favorite of all of the D&D movies.

A movie so forgettable that it took me a while to realize that these bullets were in the movie. I am happy to see they are getting out of movies. D&D doesn't need to be that restaurant that serves 40 mediocre entrees, instead give me 5 that are really good.

I was aware of Arden Vul, but mainly as something I wasn't interested in. But I wasn't aware of the vast amount of material from Expeditious Retreat Press. I give you a very angry, yet sincere, "THANK YOU" because I will be scouring this collection and filling up my shopping cart on Saturday.

I'm also in the "5e is bland" camp. My feeling is that I'd rather play MacGyver than Batman. The options aren't handed to you, instead you get to handcraft those options through play. On the surface, a Fighter may seem like any other Fighter. But through play, imagination, and creativity...

I just don't do Revisions or Half-Editions. I feel like they should just be Player Options and DM Options books. 5e(2014) does exactly what I want it to do for the games I choose to run 5e.

I've had Crown of the Oathbreaker for quite some time. I'm looking forward to finding the right group so I can finally run it.

What's the big deal? I've been able to successfully run and play games for decades without ever looking at a single piece of errata. From 3rd to the present I've only had 1st printing books.
