    [LPF] No Loitering

@FrancisJohn , attacks of opportunity against a prone character attempting to stand target the prone AC (-4 of normal), since they are interrupting the action that removes the Prone condition. With total defense, Siddhartha will have 18, not 22, against the two AoO his stand incurs. Given how...

Pathfinder 1E [LPF] Blessed Are the Cheesemakers

Ru Brike, human slayer "I suppose we're lucky there were three brothers," Ru says. "Otherwise, they might have just ripped a poor solo prisoner in thirds, the way this lot's working. "The goblins seem closest," the southerner offers, pointing to the trail. "Also, they're goblins. Tiny and...

    [LPF] Allbright's Shadow

Their fight ranges for what seems like an eternity, but though they lose both blood and momentary sanity during the row, the only others who lose their lives are the demons. The party stands a moment, catching their breath, the limp and broken bodies of the demons still, the cavern quiet once...

Pathfinder 1E [IC] Pathfinder: Jade Regent

Wireth adds his own look of thanks to the eidolon, though he says nothing more. He kneels before the bloodied body, trying to figure out exactly what it might be, but gets nothing more than Nairo strutting beside him. The turkey buzzard cocks his head to one side as if asking a question. Wireth...

    Pathfinder 1E [LPF] Blancher's Revenge

Eanos Setirav, human inquisitor Eanos shakes his head at Tyrien's question. "I saw what all the death cheating brings out on the island. I think if my Lady is ready to show me the final secret, I'm too tired to insist she keep it, as Larissa. Besides, I doubt the General would be inclined to...

    [LPF] No Loitering

Round 2 Siddhartha felt everything was dark and wet and cold. Like he was back in the dugeon, chained and unable to move. His soul screamed to have returned after winning his way free, but he saw no way out. Saw nothing at all. And then, warmth. And light. He smelled the outside air, heard...

    Pathfinder 1E [LPF] Blancher's Revenge

Eanos walks in and joins the others. At the question of plan, he shrugs. "This isn't a normal fight," he says. "Normally, I'd say we sneak our way over best we can and ambush the enemy, but with this whole honor duel nonsense, I gather that's not an option. "Think we make our way to the...

Pathfinder 1E [IC] Pathfinder: Jade Regent

Wireth whistles, and Nairo dives at the creature attacking Sachiko. Wings flurry in the face of the beast, and it finds itself unsettled by the angry turkey vulture. Wireth moves in, himself, and swings hard for the monster, hoping to take it down before it can cause any more damage. UPDATED...

Pathfinder 1E [LPF] Blessed Are the Cheesemakers

Ru raises an eyebrow as the group comes across the clear signs of inner conflict. "I don't suppose a ragtag group like that were likely to play nice for too terribly long, anyway," he says. He slides off his horse and starts studying the ground. "The real question is: did our boys take...

    [LPF] No Loitering

Round 1, mid-round update Wilmorn opens the orc's chest, then dances back to give himself a wider field of attack, ready to take on the three remaining aggressors. No, four. Wilmorn is certain that the wound, bubbling blood in rivulets down the orc's chest, would fell a man. The orc sways...

    [LPF] No Loitering

Round 1 Okay, I was missing the PBS. Got it. Erin, her Wakizashi already in hand, moves forward to try aiding her companions near the front as she hears the howl of the orcs. While clearly wounded from the arrows peppering him, the lead orc's bloodshot eyes do not droop. Siddhartha's much...

    General Discussion

As you noted, SK made mention of wrapping things up himself, and since my own ability to manage the unseemly mob of upper level characters was limited, I wanted to give him the chance. His post on Jan 7 said product launch was two weeks away, and I assumed another week after that give or take...

Pathfinder 1E [LPF] Blessed Are the Cheesemakers

Ru Brike, human slayer Ru laughed as Pirvinia asked about his horse skills. "Horses are great for moving; bad for sneaking. Since I tend to sneak, I've only got the basics when it comes to riding these things. I can stick to the front, though, since I do better with a meat shie... er, with a...

Wireth breathed deep and sighed when the finally managed to get out of the Inn. He tried not to draw Sachiko's attention as he made sure she wasn't alone at the van of the group, and gave Suldrel a silent nod to acknowledge he'd keep an eye on his adopted sister. Then he turned his attention to...

Eanos Setirav, human inquisitor Eanos chews the inside of his cheek a moment, then nods slightly, having decided how to answer Heinrich. "Made promises to keep secrets secret, Heinrich, so I can't share details, yes? Suffice to say that one--" he nods to the door through which the general has...

    [LPF] No Loitering

FrancisJohn, your rolls actually didn't reflect Deadly Aim's penalty on the shot, either. I'll give it to you because you explicitly called out DA in your roll note, and because the attack hits with or without the penalty, but keep it in mind. Anastrace is still up for Erin. I'll NPC her next...

    [LPF] No Loitering

I wasn't entirely clear on how far back the party intended to stay, myself, especially since they didn't want to impact your Stealth checks. I made a conservative starting point of not moving them from the starter positions rather than force a move on anyone.
