    OotS #672 is up!

Because when one says their going to do something, you tend to expect one to do it. If I say I'm going to pick you up at 10am, to take you to , say the mall, one tends to expect that I'd follow through. It shows a lack of respect. When one says their going to do something and not do it. Its...

    OotS #672 is up!

I Stopped reading a long time ago. Because it was irregular, and his "I'll post it when I feel like it" attitude. Many comics online post on time or very regularly. Saying its to norm is a cop out. Its not rude at all. Metrly stating the obvious- his inability to actually post content on...

    Dealing with an "oldschool" DM

YOu know, I have to say I'm really glad your not my DM. Seems like a piss poor way to handle players complaints or differences of opinions. Even if you think their foolish. I'd have probably walked by now. Granted I dont complain about treasure or XP.....but if thats how you handle...

How many folks are still playing/running 3e?

We're playing in Ptolus. 3.5 core with complete books, but other things considered if they fit your character. 6 players, and a DM for a total of 7. No interest in switching to 4e, although if this one ends we may consider pathfinder. We're also planning on adding a 7th player to this game.

    I don't miss the magazines (/ducks)

Dungeon and dragon are dead to me. Wotc kept the name and moved them online, but I couldnt care less. They killed them and their dead. Zero use to me online. Dont care, I have a ton of them in dead tree format that I still use. Even first edition ones. Welath of still useful material.(ok ok...

Pathfinder 1E Things you Think WoTC should follow from Paizo

I've done the same thing. But here's the problem: 4e wotc books are NOT designed for reading pleasure. Its all crunch and little flavor. After reading PH1 and MM1 there's no joy n it. Its like comparing 1-3 editions of shadowrun and its current incarnation. All crunch now, no flavor like the...
