    Barbarian is up!!!

Why Rage Strike? You're fighting a Dragon. It could be any other Solo but let's say it's a Dragon. We usually find Dragons at the end of things, especially since one rarely faces something more dangerous then a Dragon in one day. You use a Daily, it's the one you think is most suitable for...

[Anime] Since no one else is talking about this...

If all the the networks stopped broadcasting it I think we'd still have a growing anime community, if only from fan-subs on the internet.

    Shadar-kai Gloomblade & Invisibility

I think invisibility is supposed to stop when they attack someone. That's why they're so determined to keep their enemy blind, so that they can't attack back.

    Adventurer's Vault has animals!

Adventurer's Vault is a sourcebook for 4.0 that came out in August I think. It contains rules for vehicles, some extra mounts and a lot of magical items. However this was only for fourth edition and there aren't that many normal animal stats. Most of them are listed above.

    Advanced Player's Guide questions

I liked the effort put in the Crafting system and I think I might use Lingering Wounds in my game. However, aren't conjurations a bit strong for Encounter powers? Especially the Hunting Wolf pack, being able to attack up to four people as a minor action? Also would you allow monsters of at...

    Smart Swords!

I found a mistake: Those intelligent items need to take less drugs. I know an adventurers life is hard but that's no excuse! Think of the children (items)

    Barbrarian Speculation

Primal Striker. Gets his powers from animal totems. Barbarians rarely seem to be calm people. This will not be an exception This one will have great anger Will be more melee dependent then the other strikers, and more likely to follow them. I think this class will be able to catch up and kill...

Children of Darkness - More about the drow

Why does a Roleplayer who plays a Drow Heretic need the feet? He's just as much a heretic without one. The +2 damage doesn't really seem to enhance his roleplaying ability.

    Mundane vs. Fantastical

I actually like seeing animals from real life in DnD, I even like how they can be a real threat. I was actually very dissapointed to see the lightning Scorpion and will probably change it to a poisonous one (although perhaps a bit larger) and perhaps make a level 1 swarm of scorpions to...

Children of Darkness - More about the drow

My ex-girlfriend. She hates the things with a vengeance.

Power-creep Inevitable, But is that Bad?

Hmm, the new Drow article has power creep. This is the Elven Cloak from the PHB, a nice Cloak made out of leaves for people who like Elven fashion and sneaking. However it pales in significance to the new cloak in the Drow article: It offers the exact same bonus to Stealth as the Elven cloak...

    Prismatic Rays + Divine Oracle

I'll second this interpretation. The attacks against Fort and Reflex are not against Will and therefore do not count for Terrific Insight.

Introducing someone to dnD... the Dead Ale Wives way

I wonder, when you have to introduce someone to DnD (especially over the internet) have you ever tried... showing them a Dead Ale Wives video? Just so that they can see some of the elements so when you explain what a DM is they already have an image?

    Players who want to trap

I have a player that wants to set traps for monsters, some of them not unlike the ones in the DMG. Wire traps for example that when triggered swing very sharp stakes at you. How would you handle this? Would you allow it at all? Are there even any mechanics for players who want to set traps?

    On Marking ("Why you little . . . ")

I see marking more of a "My eyes are on you %$@, turn around and risk getting run through with my sword" meaning that if he does attack someone else he's going to have to defend himself at the same time.

Elf High Mage (Magic Item Cost)

I'd say "let him", the Elf High Mage should enjoy the benefits of his epic class. After all the player choose that path instead of being an arch mage or demigod.
