    Quick Release Backpack

I guess I am wondering what it is your looking for exactly? Something you can drop quickly or get items from quickly? Otherwise I would say Haver's Handy Haversack might be what your looking for

    Spells that affect natural weapons

After looking at them Magic Weapon and Greater Magic Weapon do not apply to natural weapons. Unfortunateley a Magic Fang and Greater Magic Fang require a Druid or Ranger to cast, we currently don't have any in our party.

If a DM says, "Anything goes in my campaign" (Pure RAW) What is your initial opinion?

Well i like the idea that anything goes, but these things rarely end upbalanced! You have to remember that if anything goes for you, the same goes for the DM! Usually some of the party members end being too uber powerful and seem to outshine the rest of the party. I like to have a fun game...

    [ToM]Shadowcaster - weak?

Tell me about it, my warmage took out almost the entire group of Cyrisits, but he was backstabbed by a Succubus in the party who flipped sides to Cyric. They offered my Warmage a chance to flip too, but he would have no part of it. Unfortunately the +4 LA for Half-Fiend reduced my caster level...

    [ToM]Shadowcaster - weak?

Shadowcaster in our current game We are going up against a Shadowcaster and a Shadow Demon in our current campaign. The Shadow demon was my character, he was a Half-Fiend Warmage of Shar before he was betrayed and killed by party members who jumped over to Cyric's church. Shar and Cyric were...

Anyone know of any spells that allow a creatures natural weapon to strike ethereal or incorporeal creatures?

    Feat Problems With PHB II

I don't think it extends the range for a Rogue's sneak attack, it only extends the weapons range 20 ft. The rogue still has to be within 30 ft of the target to gain the sneak attack.

    Feat Problems With PHB II

How does a DM counter a rogue? EZ! Throw a Rogue up against creatures immune to criticals, usually means no SA! There is always the achilles heal to every rogue, those darn Will Saves!

    Feat Problems With PHB II

Telling Blow: Actually I don't think this increases SA damage at all. It only allows SA damage to apply upon confirming a crit.

Point Buy Variant: Level Adjustment Variant

My group has all been playing for quite awhile, so we always start new games out at 5th level using a 36 point buy. We find that to be strong enough for us anyways!

Point Buy Variant: Level Adjustment Variant

DM Assigned! I don't like that idea at all. I think your taking the character developement out of the hands of the player. It is his character, let him build it the way he wants. Unless the build is somehow unbalancing, the DM should not get that involved in the character build.

    Shadow Gnome Rogue

A Rogue/ PsyWarrior or Soulknife sounds like a cool build.

    Shadow Gnome Rogue

Shadow Creature template from Lords of Madness. It is a +2 LA, but you get some sick abilities. Speed = base x 1.5 +6 Racial to move silent Cold Resist 5+1 per HD (max 15) Shadow Blend (Su) = total concealment (50% mis chance) and some other cool benies based on number of HD. I am in the...

    Arcane Trickster--Specialist Wiz or Generalist?

Warmage from Complete Arcane. It is has a very restrictive spell list, but they get tons of spells.

    Shadow Blend (Su)

The same ability is part od the Show Creature template out of Lords of Madness. I am currently using it for my new Ninja build. Should be a nasty fellow

Scarred Lands Revised! With your assistance of course...

Map distances could definately be fixed. Like the length of the Cordrada Corridor between Mithril and Mullis Town is anywhere from 100-500 miles. I always leaned towards the 500 mile mark, otherwise the continent of Ghelspad would be a lot smaller the it appears.

I Love Gaming but I Hate Gamers!

From my experience, I have tried a number of gaming groups and I personally feel that I can pretty much tell if I can play with the group within one or two sessions. The group I play with now has been together for about two years. Two of us have been gaming together for about 5 years now. I...

Who pays the XP for party created items in your games?

I had a DM who had a house rule: He allowed, but did not require party members to place up 10% of earned XP into a pool to be used for creating and crafting magic items for the party. However, in our group we rarely if ever have time to create magic items. We are usually way to preoccupied...
