IMO, By the class description Warlocks hardly seem to be a class that would be good aligned. Almost everything about the origin of the Invocations and the description of the invocations tell me that this class should be evil aligned.

I believe a creature can only do damage during a grapple if it has free limbs to use to conduct the attack or if it has a special attack like a huge python snake doing constriction damage.
