Received the email notice today and quickly went to DriveThruRpg and bought/ordered the pdf/Hard cover version. 😀

Not a fan of having to join other things like D&D Beyond just to get pdf access. As an aside I noted that Whizbang Dustyboots claimed in an earlier post that you could get the pdfs from DMsGuild/Drivethrurpg, but that's not really correct.

Nice, I snagged a copy. Actually been snagging a lot of Modiphius pdf/physical stuff lately. The 2D20 system intrigues me and I love the artwork. What I don't care for so much is how they go about layout and organization of their books.

I really want to buy this, but because they don't do pdf versions as well l'll be passing on it. Same goes for Wizards of the Coast stuff by and large. Their anti pdf stance has to go.

Just backed Torchbearer at the Game Master level, really looks good. Too bad about Harn, I'd have loved to have also tossed four hundred their way. No pdfs with the physical products just makes it a deal breaker. Plus the additional price for the pdfs on their website are damn high when I looked. 😐

I couldn't find anything, but I do hope they change their mind on this.

I had the same gut reaction. A simple breakdown/overview of the mechanics would have been good in the Kickstarter. Having to go Googling, downloading etc was a turn off. Just offering feedback to the point that Jaeger wasn't unique in how they felt.

It's more hope at this point due to what they're seeing in areas where it is warmer. Lets keep our fingers crossed, knock on wood and bang the drum that it proves to be the case. :)

Speak for yourself, that's very much just opinion. Personally I wanted those PDF's. I went in at the $400.00 Emperor level and then tossed another $100.00 in on top just to help raise pledge goals and cover anything else that I might snag later on during the backerkit.

Exactly, this is what the experts are putting out. 12 to 18 months is not far fetched or fear mongering at all. It's just being bluntly realistic.

Exactly. It's gonna be a rough 12 to 18 months. Both of our countries have people in charge and making choices that are starting to feel criminal to me. Max Brook's did an interview that I thought was well done and a lot of his points matched up with my own experiences during the 80's and 90's...

Realistically China's about to get hit with the second wave of the virus, so don't put to much stock in things returning to normal on that front. Not trying to be a glass half full sort, just bluntly realistic in my approach based on my years in the military and working around governments.
