In my FR games, I allow anything in the FRCS, and always tell my players that if they can give me a background reason to introduce a race from elsewhere, I would allow it. Result: three humans and an elf in my current campaign :D

In truth, I couldn't care less... I have played very fun campaigns with a lot of fights with Werewolf, and diplomacy-heavy campaigns with D&D, sometimes without a single die-roll in a session... Story or hack 'n slash? Who cares, as long as the players have fun?

I found ti strange too, especially for people who have pictures in their sigs... That makes a big difference on page length! :)

I tend to agree that Caster Level is not useful for requirements, but it's sometimes useful to know the effects of a magic item, when that effect is based on the caster level (eg duration, area,...). No disrespect intended to you, or Monte Cook! :)

Shouldn't the caster level be at least 5th, since Slow is a 3rd level spell? Otherwise, I like the idea, but I think the cost is a bit low for the minor ones... I'd probably go for about 7500 gp per d12, double that for the lower fort save. Consider them yoinked! :D

I'm definitely going to have to dig my 2e box of Lankhmar, and see if it can fit in my campaign. I'll probably shell the 9.95$ for the Bluffside set which is available at rpgnow too.

Thanks for the help already! I'll definitely have to check Bluffside! Just to reply to "why does it have to be 3.x?": it does not have to be, but it would make it easier on me, because, 3e books are easier to find than 2e books (still in FLGS, or in PDF format). Keep 'em coming! :D
