Should it come up IMC (unlikely since my game is currently no-magic), I shall probably steal my DM's method - which is basically that a good Gather Information roll can get you a good price on most items, whether buying or selling. Actually, there's no reason that should just apply to magic items...

Hadn't tried that - might well do it! Although now my rages are saved for the Death Knight (I can take the Dragon nine times out of ten, hopefully more now I've amassed enough cash for a shiny new enchantment...). Once I've used my legitimate rage up on DK, I might try the drunken way! ;)

Interesting. After a brief flirtation with the Death Knight, I've retreated back to Dragon levels. It'll be a miracle if I survive the current fight with him, he has me pretty low on hit points. I only hit him if I'm on rage at the start of the fight, though... Rar! Beat him! Scoooooooore! :D

*crunch* At least you don't need to pay for rezzes in this game... :) I think I shall heal up and hurt him some more!

I've just discovered that, although I have not quite a third of his hitpoints - :confused: - I have a slight statistical advantage over the Death Knight. This was borne out by surviving the fight without taking a hit! :D At 700gp a battle, and hit points that only take 100gp to heal, I should...
