I think it's a great set of tiles...but as you both note, it's very very poorly labeled! That said, sewer tiles are pretty useful for a city game--you never know when your players are going to decide to just hop into the sewers and go following some unintentional red-herring that they picked up...

At this point, I'm leaning towards not running something this time around, just because it looks like there's a lot of cool stuff to play. If there's a ton of demand come time for the sign up thread, I'm willing to try to run some 4e D&D--perhaps another conversion of an old module.
