Well then you're in for quite a change:) The idea is they are layout oriented programs.. you build containers on the spreads for the objects you want to place.. like pictures, text, charts, etc. InDesign's advantage for me over Quark is the table functions.. I hate building them manually in...

Nah.. it's just like Quark, only with an Adobe interface.. and some nice Illustrator and Photoshop functions like layers... However it does take a little adjustment.

Not too bad James.. did you do this with Photoshop? I'd suggest looking back through the thread, Thorne posted the colors for his character a wile back.. also you might consider using layers in Photoshop and then using multiply to soften the effect of added colors. If you're looking to learn...
