I've uh, been known to do just that. Mind you that's while sitting and reading in Indigo rather than a FLGS. :o But I'll likely buy the Bestiary outright for my own campaign when it comes out.

Dj'hân just hit 3,090 experience. So are we using the 3.5 leveling guidelines or some slower Pathfinder variant? I'd just like to know whether we should level now or later. ;)

I've gone over my character sheet and updated it as best I could. I'd really need the Beastiary to finish the job properly though. For instance, I suspect that Taran will gain the Aquatic subtype, but there's no mention of what effect that might have in the SRD.

Yup. As secure as the DM deems appropriate. That being said, there are plenty of examples of people (including the intended prisoners) leaving or entering various Lady's mazes. In one Well of Worlds adventure there appears to be something of a revolving door on Vartus Timlin's maze, leading to...

But blink dogs are lawful good and wouldn't have been attacking people in Egypt... that is unless they were evil; possibly followers of Set. Hmm... Regardless their search was in vain since the blink dog could just blink or dimension door to safety if cornered. Poor misinformed and ill-prepared...

At a glance, I don't think there's much that needs to be done to update Taran. To be certain I'd have to see the updated entry for dragons in the upcoming Bestiary. I'll try to go over my character sheet in the next few days.
