I second Into the Blue from Bastion Press. There are some very interesting monsters in there, particularly if you're looking for undead underwater critters. This would probably fit the pirate theme particularly well.

Bastion's Alchemy and Herbalists will be coming out in PDF in the future. I just finished converting it to 3.5 about a month ago. I think it's by far the best rules on the topic out there.

It's an acronym. The first two episodes will be posted Monday. The general feel and mood of the campaign hearkens to Alias, and perhaps James Bond. My players liked it, and I enjoy writing it; hopefully others will find it interesting, useful, and fun.

I'll second Oathbound. Each of the books has an adventure in the back that can be linked into a nice campaign, or played independently. World's Largest Dungeon would also be a good choice if you're looking for a challenging dungeon crawl.
