Hmm, not sure that is really a problem with that ranks, as opposed to a problem with th concept. Is a commoner's dialect the same language as a nobleman's? Or is it a different fluency in the language? This can have a great deal to do with how you chose to define skill points for languages...

This is one of the not quite clear points. Since it states that you can't make attacks, I treat it as if you were using Total Defense. Total Defense is a standard action. Meaning, you also can't use AoO. (Important for those trying to Sunder the shield on you.)

Thats correct. 100 sales does not currently put you in the top 100 of d20 products. Like the person from ARP has stated, I also have products between 100 - 150 sales that are not on the d20 charts.

I imagine that number has been rising steadily. I don't think its yet at 200, but is definitely more than 100.
