TSR The Full & Glorious History of NuTSR

I've just noticed some on the DHSM museum page which is worthy of the old Murphy's rules. Regular admission costs you $2, but if you have a Gold Membership you receive $3 off the entry cost. Does this mean you get $1 to enter? I'm not going mad am I? :-)

Now on Kickstarter: Eat the Reich, Vampires vs Nazis

It does make me wonder what was going through the minds of Mayfair games when they decided to release a licensed adventure based on the film.

Now on Kickstarter: Eat the Reich, Vampires vs Nazis

It doesn't look like it's available in my territory. I was fortunate to see it a few years ago when the only independent cinema in London's West End showed it. Nothing like being able to watch it at the cinema :-)

Now on Kickstarter: Eat the Reich, Vampires vs Nazis

There was a film adaptation of The Keep which I really enjoyed but it doesn't appear to be on any streaming service or optical media https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Keep_(film)

D&D General "Forever DM" - choice or lack of alternatives?

I've been the forever GM since 1989 or so and there have been a few occasions when I would have liked to play with the group I had back then I always found myself on the receiving end of stuff I wasn't really happy with.

D&D General Could a thief get away with a 1-man crime wave by making it so obvious that she's the 1 responsible that the police assume she's being framed

Keith Baker wrote an interesting sourcebook for Atlas Games titled "Crime and Punishment" which discusses law and order in a fantasy gameworld. It does differentiate between the King's Justice and also Divine Law.

Out of curiosity I found my 6th printing January 1980 PHB from the box in the loft and the table does match with your findings; you need to be a 14th level Mage to cast 7th level spells. The 14th level requirement also seems to carry over to AD&D 2E as well.

What is the single best science fiction or fantasy franchise?

You might want to add The Spider - Master of Men to that list.

What is the single best science fiction or fantasy franchise?

For me it's Blakes 7, a classic British sf show which used adult themes in a fair number of its stories.

What is the single best science fiction or fantasy franchise?

Especially since Decipher had licenced rpgs that used the same mechanics which made both games compatible :-)

    Space Cockney/Creole/Patois

While the web page you mention discusses languages in England and Wales, there are a few that have slipped our governments notice. Places like Hammersmith and Golders Green have a larger Jewish population so you're more likely to hear words taken from Hebrew out of context. Neasden has a...
