Tenkar's attorneys are straight and to the point: "believe this case is dismissible", and being very polite with the court. I'm not sure what the next major calendar event is.

There were a bunch of adjustments to the previous motion... I don't know what they mean.

It's not just that... his wording is masterful. It's an art how he's basically saying "the other attorney is an idiot" without actually saying those words.
