IANAL, but I believe it'd be judge's discretion if the time is served concurrently. The fines, however... that's another matter.

In the US, a conviction for bankruptcy fraud can lead to up to probation, a maximum 5 year prison sentence, and a possible fine of up $250K. It's worth noting that those penalties are per act, which means they could theoretically stack if someone frauds a lot. LINK

Another hearing is scheduled for September 28th, in which they will apparently discuss whether the WotC case can proceed or not.
