Trustee's request for an attorney has been approved in less than a day.

In another update, the Trustee in the NuTSR bankruptcy case has requested an attorney - something highly irregular in small business bankruptcy cases - to make sure NuTSR's not doing anything inappropriate. In other words, Justin's gonna get majorly screwed. Monday's hearing should be a hoot.

In update on the NuTSR lawsuits, IANAL but documents filed by WotC legal in the bankruptcy case seem to suggest that WotC is seeking to cancel the stay of the case in Washington because of NuTSR's violation of the protective order. I won't include them, but the filing carries with it 30 pages...
