Quite right, I knew that. It's quite a long wait to 11th, though, and this seemed like a neat way around it when it occurred to me (even though it doesn't really make sense, upon further reflection).

So class feats are OK, not just paragon paths. But powers aren't. In hindsight, my reading doesn't really make sense: if you were treated as a member of your secondary class for the purposes of picking powers, the power swap feats would be utterly pointless.1 Oh well.
