I *suppose* you could do a sorcerer with a half-orc. Those care about strength OR dex, and don't get much benefit from charging. I think the point is fairly moot though. There aren't any races (other than human) that are good for every class.

A few long distance friends are thinking about trying out google wave for rpg purposes. Has anyone had experience trying that? How did it work out?

I loved tieflings in 3e, partly because of the wide range of appearances the fluff attributed to them. I was not a fan of the standardization of them to all have tails, hooves, and large horns. In general, I think people also just roll their eyes at angsty races, and rightly so. So basically...

Agree with mengu. If I could start over, I'd probably allow multiple votes and eliminate all entries above the third quartile for each round.

I'm a diehard elfhater, but a) I wanted the half-elves to die first, and b) elves aren't as bad in this edition as in any previous one.

Since the power lasts until the end of the encounter (IIRC) I would say that running away counts as ending the encounter as far as the swordmage is concerned. I wouldn't put arbitrary distance restrictions on it, but clearly running and hiding is an intent to "leave the encounter". For example...

It was a poorly worded question. I was saying, if you slide your enemy so that it is not adjacent to you or its intended target, does it get to keep moving until it has exhausted its move allowance? Are there any other issues associated with that?
