    Lead the Attack Nerf future implications

    IMO you should never see +/- stat mod to attacks or defenses. It's ok to use stat mods for damage, DR, movement, forced movement, etc... but attacks and defenses are intended to have very finely tuned scaling. I'm ok with +/- 1 till end of encounter or + 1/2 stat mod on next attack.

    I think you guys are looking at this the wrong way. DIS is the spellcaster's answer to Iron Armbands of Power. Inherent rules don't allow the IAoP, I think... so DIS should be useless too.

    2x shielding swordmage is especially brutal with this, since both can use things like frigid blade and luring strike to keep the wrong mark adjacent. It essentially shuts down (at least) two enemies.

    "Sort of is" because imo you only get the full benefit out of ragespell if you are a hybrid. I haven't looked in depth at the other two.
