Oh, oh, oh! The perfect setup for my work. :) My writing is intended to inspire GMs and is there to help gamemasters to take ideas and then run with them.
The creative outlet helps me a lot with office projects. I can use my own projects as an outlet/stress relief, and then dedicate the rest of my brain to managing office projects and plans. If I didn't spend part of my time on projects where I am 100% in control, I would likely go insane.
