The best Power in MP is....Warlord Utility 6 Power.

This. The key is "you act when your ally would have acted. So what happens is this: 20: Mike takes his turn. 17: Joe takes his turn and uses Guileful Switch. 17: Mike acts again. 16: Dragon acts. Next round 20: Joe acts when Mike would have acted. EDIT: Beaten.

I'm an archer: why shouldn't I be a beast master ranger?

Don't forget you also lose Prime Shot. Not a huge deal, but a further disincentive. I agree though that the archer ranger fighting style is the weakest of the three: you get a single feat...and that's it. Two-Blade style gets you a feat and a unique ability, and beastmaster of course gives you...

    Paladin Questions

What Hypersmurf said. Yes. They're untyped bonuses, so they stack. A 16th-level hospitaler with Healing Hands adds double his Charisma bonus to the healing from his lay on hands.

    Cover form a platform

Use the same cover rules as presented in the PHB, just translate them into the vertical. It might help to draw out a side-view of the arrangement. At a guess, I'd say it probably works out to no cover from a target more than 2 squares away, cover from a target two squares away, and superior...

Rangers and 2 diff [w] - martial power confusion

There are quite a lot. Including, of course, twin strike, which is the primary source of the advantage.

Rangers and 2 diff [w] - martial power confusion

The requirement that you wield two weapons does not mean you use the stats of both weapons in the attack unless the power specifically says you make one attack with each weapon. You just have to be holding and able to attack with both weapons. The ranger chooses whether he wants to use the...

    About them rituals

The fighter does, however, need to be trained in Religion (or Arcana) in order to take the Ritual Caster feat and thereby be able to use rituals. You're correct that he doesn't need to be trained in the ritual's key skill, though.

    About them rituals

Yes. Rituals are not restricted to any particular classes, anyone who meets the requirements can learn them and use them.

Martial Power feats allowed for multiclass fighters etc.?

This would be the correct interpretation--you can see the same language in some of the paragon paths in the FRPG. A fighter is a martial class, a multiclass fighter counts as a fighter for purposes of feats and paragon paths, ergo a multiclass fighter can take feats that require "any martial class."

    Intelligent Blademaster with Javelin?

Actually, there's a third interpretation: A javelin is a melee weapon when you make a melee attack with it and a ranged weapon when you make a ranged attack with it. As stated on p. 215: Now I'll grant you that that sentence doesn't explicitly say a melee weapon only counts as a ranged weapon...

    Coup de Grace and Charge

Not sure I agree with this interpretation. You have to be adjacent when you attack the coup de grace target, yes, but you can use a special Effect of a power to get adjacent before making the attack. Unless you're also suggesting that a rogue with a short sword can't use deft strike to get to an...

    Coup de Grace and Charge

If you had a hypothetical power that allowed you to charge as part of the attack, you could coup de grace with a charge, but at least in the PHB all the charge related powers say "you must charge as part of this attack," meaning you replace the basic attack with the power. About the closest you...

    Powers confusion

Probably a minor nitpick, but since the OP is confused about power usage I'd just point out that you can only use your 2nd-level utility prayer once per encounter if you chose an encounter utility prayer. Clerics have two 2nd-level choices that are daily, and while technically daily powers can...

    Powers confusion

With a few exceptions, each encounter power can be used once per encounter. The table on p. 29 is only what he knows from his class power list. That's the general rule, but there's an exception when dealing with the cleric: Clerics don't have three encounter class features, they have two...

Can all wizards use all impliments?

The fact that the wizard class's "implement" class feature specifically says wizards can use staffs, orbs, and wands. Note that rods aren't on that list. :) Note also that your class only grants you the ability to use your implements with class powers (and paragon path powers for your class)...

    Monsters and Multiple attacks.

The fighter absolutely doesn't get an OA unless the hydra moves away. The debate is whether he gets a Combat Challenge attack, which is not an OA. Unfortunately, that language doesn't resolve anything, because the entire problem is whether "attack" means "uses an attack action" or "makes an...

    Ranger Powers

They are meant to, that's why the rule is in the book. :) The one drawback to this approach is that the heavy thrown property of thrown weapons doesn't apply to powers, so your barbarian is still stuck using Dex to attack over Strength which might be less thematic--but other than that...

    Ranger Powers

Thrown weapons are ranged weapons, and you can use them with ranger powers that require ranged weapons.

How does a monster's mark work?

"Marked" is a condition, just like "blinded" or "dazed" or "stunned." It caused the marked critter to suffer a -2 to all attacks that don't include the marking creature as a target.
