So the thing I object to in D&D Art Aesthetic is not the diversity of the subject. Its that is going more towards the modern. Thats simply not what I want out of D&D. I have other games for Modern.

The purpose was not to spread lies about 4e. And really at this point if someone thinks its a combat only game who cares? WOTC not going to resurrect it.

I get what youre going for but look at the other art styles around adult fantasy at the time. The new book is definitely a fun fluffy tone compared to its contemporaries.

Fair Enough. I run 5e very sporadically. It is my live game from before the pandemic beginning and we meet maybe every three months now. My normal Games are Warhammer 4, D&D 3.5/PF1, and HERO System which has a different dynamic when PCs are down.
