What do you mean?

Nahh, you get the regional equipment for free, the regional feats are just added to the list of possible choices. They don't actually give you a bonus feat 'slot' so to speak.

Added regional benefit, tinkered with stats, fixed weight allowances, updated skill points, fixed some grammar. Done.
