Morninglord PP (FRPG)
Power of the Sun (DP) + associated divine at-wills
Punishing Radiance (DP)
...to name a few.
EDIT:
Pelor's Sunblessing (DMG2 P141)
Too bad but if your DM decides that you're probably stuck with his house rule.
That's right, I totally forgot that class feature.
That's a good idea, everyone should try and keep his AC/NADs reasonable high. I suggest you take a look at the ranger guides here: The Complete Collection of...
There's the dragonshard +1/+3/+5 damage with radiant attacks (EPG) which was already mentioned, if you can put radiant vulnerability on the target Symbol of Divine Light which increases the vulnerabilty by 5 (AV2), remember you need prof. with Holy Symbols to use it.
If you want maximun gain...
Seems fine except for the attack bonus,
+3 1/2 lvl
+1 Charge
+4 STR
+2 weapon prof.
+2 weapon enhancement
-2 power attack
= +10
Let's see if using power attack increases your DPR.
Average Monster AC for your lvl: your lvl + 14 = AC 20
For simplicity we treat a crit as a normal hit.
With Power...
I suggest you play a lazy warlord in this case.
But generally a 16 before racials should be the minimum for your primary ability score. At least, if you want to have an equally fun-experience as the rest of your party.
I don't have the book but what I heard at WotC CharOp it seems to buff fire powers to a new height. At least mechanically there are solid things if I go with their estimations.
No, if the feat doesn't state that you can pick it twice you can't.
EDIT:
Two or more gods, yes or no? -- As a cleric, yes, you could have any number: PHB1 P61/62 Clerics and Deities. As an avenger no - only one: PHB2 P33 Avengers and Deities.
For level 1 that might be true but there are 29 more levels and the higher up powers wether encounter or daily require you to hit for the really great effects to happen.
As I said before (in another thread...) I played a taclord myself and in some encounters I didn't do much besides using...
One thing is for sure if you have higher overall ability scores you can qualify for more feats more easily. The again, there are really awesome builds within the rules already and even with more feats to choose from you can't have more feats. The number of feat slots stays the same.
For me...
If you like a more general overview of the warden class try the class guides on the WotC CharOp boards. Don't be afraid they have nothing to do with powergaming.
They stack, the 1d6 or later on xd6 (when using healing word) are extra healing that has no bonus type. And Healer's Lore is an untyped bonus as well. They stack with any other bonus.
From the latest Update:
The question is not about "can" but want the designers an increased threat of death. And I think the intend of 4E was to decrease the threat of death.
In 3.x games, depending on lvl, death was nothing more than a way to spend 25k gold. All penalties of death could be canceled by paying 25k...
To sum it up:
You want large+ monster to be more threatening damagewise.
Therefore, you want to increase their xp value and the damage they deal.
-- That's fine.
BUT...
Previously you said you want large+ monsters to be more realistic, meaning more damage, throwing PCs around, knocking them...
Vulnerabilty increases damage by the given value if the damage has the same type. You then subtract the resistance from the new damage value.
Resist Fire 30 and Vulnerabilty Fire 12:
The target is attacked with a power that deals exactly 1 fire damage.
1 + 12 = 13
13 - 30 = <0 therefore 0...
