I don't think the power works that way. You have 3 options: 1) 3 attacks against 1 target - the only way to get the extra 2[w] 2) 2 attacks against 1 target and 1 attack against another target 3) 1 attacks against 3 different targets. The power grants 3 attacks - if you want to make 3 attacks...

If the at-will attack power targets creatures (you are a creature) you can target yourself. It's rather suicidal so you should get a save. There is no need to say you can make the target attack itself it's a matter of the powers at hand and their target entry that enables you to do it or not...

That probably won't happen. I think the wording would be rather complicated to avoid abuse and to be precise at the same time. And if another defender with a new specific mark comes around the powers would be probably outdated. Basing powers of one class on special abilities of another classes...

Like the Bard at-will Misdirected Mark (PHB2) or some Warlord Powers? It's nice for a Fighter/Warden/Battlemind if the marked target is within reach but for Paladins/Sword Mages it does little b/c their punishment requires their specific marks.

The shadow hound is not the smartest let him rampage among the chars. Don't focus fire not before he is at least bloodied. But I think as well as others that making him a level 3ish solo monster would be more fun. You could give him some more shadow-powers and the hit/miss ratio on both sides...

If you want to play PHB only the weakest classes are Paladin and Warlock. The rest works fine PHB only.
