No, its just one arc, 4-1 through 4-14 that spans two tiers. Its not two stories, its one. They are connected. I think we are just using different vocabulary.

Or the time it takes you to exit the solid object. You could imagine moving through a hill that takes you two rounds to cross. That means after the first round, you take damage, but do not become solid (and stuck).

Its the end of the tier, but there is only one story arc.

The intent was only at night, you can spend hit dice to activate this ability. When you activate it, it lasts until you pass through the object but if you take longer than a round and are inside it, you take damage.

That was the original intent before the Launch Event was announced. Then we moved 4-1 to 3/15 to allow stores to promote (and get traffic) from Death House.

Originally we were, but once Death House was announced, we adjusted to allow stores to have something cool (the Launch Event premier with special certs) before stealing the LE's thunder. So 4-1 got moved to release on 3/15 unless you are a premier convention (such as Gary Con this weekend).
