It depends on what shipping you choose. If you choose the 5-8 day media mail, it was free. It you want the super duper "there's already a knock at my door" shipping, it costs extra. :)

I take more away from negative reviews than i do positive ones. Its easier to detect when someone is grinding an axe then it is to separate a positive review from fanboy spluge. In general, i don't pay a lot of attention to most rpg site's staff reviewers. Too many of them are too diplomatic...
