The relationship between Wonderfilled and the DHSM continues to be extremely confusing... Wonderfilled continues to promote the DHSM repeatedly, while Justin has gone on record to attack Dinehart over the past, specifically the domains he took. I just don't get it.

1) They're not on PACER yet. I don't know if they will be. 2) Both NuTSR and WotC requested a four month extension specifically for discovery, so I'm not convinced they're done yet.

Tenkar's attorney submitted a 21 page "Motion to Dismiss" which is a gloriously brutal read. Even the footnotes are amazing...

And in an update to the NuTSR/Tenkar case... holy crap. JustinL accused Tenkar of lying about his criminal record, so Tenkar's attorney brought receipts and effectively states Justin prejured himself.

Update on WotC/NuTSR case... Dates are official, with slight adjustment, and signed off by judge. Trial is March 4th, 2024.
