But the regional requirements may prevent you from playing a playing a gold Dwarf and having this PrC.

You'd need to carry around hammers equal to your number of attacks, and haev quick draw to get draw them (since the hammer doesn't return till the next round). And throwing a hammer does prevent you from moving if you want it back.

No, the updates to the Monsters in MoF will be released as a web update, and any new monsters that were suppose to be in the PGtF are going to show up in other products.

See my post above, all the monsters got cut from it so you don't have to worry. It's not really a rehash of the FRCS, they're only updating the things that need updating, so if it's in the books something's probably changed about it. They're also using it to update the timeline.
