Lead-in to Cormyr: Tearing of the Weave

Which gets people up the 3rd I think. Throw some random encounters on their way to Cormyr and they'd be fourth. And if I hadn't already run this adventure I might do just that.

    I actually want a 4th edition! [semi-rant]

I find it interesting that one of the main complaints about 3E (and 2E before it) is rules glut (and I'm not trying to say anyone is wrong about this), but how is 4E going to be any better? To make money WOTC (or anyone who own's D&D) has to release more books, which leads to rules bloat.

    Grappling an "overrunning" character

They don't need to grant additional free actions since So as part of my attack action I'm allowed to perform any number (up to DM limit) of free actions.

    BattleStar Galactica:Season 3.0--10/20/06--Arc 3

I see Lee getting whatever job he wants, which would probably be CAG.

    BattleStar Galactica:Season 3.0--10/20/06--Arc 3

It didn't make sense to me that Casey was half-Cylon cause if she was why would any of them care about Hera?

Starting Shackled City AP and need advice

Part of the fun, is that you don't know what your up against. Unless you figure it out in the campaign.

Starting Shackled City AP and need advice

As the DM running this I'm a little wary of this....

    Dragons of Faerun

From what I understand no it doesn't. Which is good cause they're all available for free on the WotC website.

    Eric Noah's Info

See the problem with this is that it's not really good for the seller. Really what they want is for everyone to buy every book. So really it makes sense to have the books be as interconnected as possible so to use the cool thing in book #4 you have to own books #2 and #3.

    Using "Mysteries of the Moonsea"

I'm not at all happy with this book. I liked the sections on each city, would have liked more but I can live with what I was given. I don't like NPC write ups unless they are tied to an adventure I'm running, otherwise they just take up space. Now my biggest problem is that the adventures...

FR - Murann and it's Ogre Mages [major updates, 8/25]

YOu might want to check out Power of Faerun. Some of that stuff is detailed in there (I think).

    Angardt Barbarian location? [FR]

I don't think so, The Uthgardt are decended from the barbarian tribes brought from Ruathym by Uthgar merged with Netherese survivors brought west by The Bey of Runlatha. (All of this from Lost Empires of Faerun). You might try asking on Candlekeep

He did have something which I assume erased the memory on the player.

Gwendilyn, 7th level character (title change)

On your off hand attack you only get half your strength bonus. So in the example above, your secondary hand attack wound only do +1 str damage.

(total frustration) There MUST be an Extra Feats Academy around somewhere here ...

I guess my question is why? I've been reading some of your threads, and you haven't even played a 3E game, so why don't you play out the system as it is before trying to find the extreme cases that let you have umpteen extra feats. Half the time, I can't even find feats I really want.

What is wrong (and right) in the RPG Industry?

I'm not disagreeing with what you're saying, but why should it be our responsibility to grow the market?

What is wrong (and right) in the RPG Industry?

They could try to help support and set up new programs similar to this: D&D Summer Camp Wouldn't have to cost to much to do.
