It's not just Ed Greenwood's books that are FR canon, it's all FR novels that are FR canon (except for a few that they've removed, notably the double diamond series cause it takes place to far ahead of the "present" timeline).

I use these ones, the file has spell sheets for all the classes (it's got all the spells from FR stuff as well.) Spell Planning Sheets

See I sort of have that problem, except my players just haven't figured out when to use things like power attack.

If you go to the WotC boards, in the main FR section there's an ask Richard Baker thread where people ask him errata type questions, you could try asking there and see what he says.

Richard Baker has said that the monsters cut from the Player's Guide to Faerun (many of which came from Monster's of Faerun I think, don't have the list with me) would be showing up in other products, so some of those might. If they don't plan to keep them FR specific.
