    My screwed-up relationship :(

Alright, alright, tell me if you want a plain burger or one with cheese. But I keep the toys. I got to get *some* satisfaction out of this ;)

    My screwed-up relationship :(

First off, thanks to everyone that posted, and no hard feelings, I hope? :o I appreciate all the concern and feelings everyone expressed, and hope you'll laugh along with me, or at least at me. :D I figure if I was lucky enough to get one over on yall, I just caught you on a bad day... (And...

    My screwed-up relationship :(

:D *clap clap clap* :D game over, man, game over P.s. And a shame, too, I was about to leave Ripley and go back to Eowyn. Ah, cest la vie. P.p.s Avatar change: well, I kept *trying* to give hints ;) I think "mostly" was too much of a gimmee :( I'm proud of "the beast" and "Hell... boy"...

    My screwed-up relationship :(

Update: I've been given more time to think about things. We've had some kind of security breach here at the lab and gone into a lockdown, so they're not able to leave as soon as they'd hoped. I'm pretty sure that girl that keeps staring at her all the time had something to do with it, I bet she...

    My screwed-up relationship :(

I appreciate the thoughts. I don't know what to do about the situation right now, things are just SO CONFUSED. I stumble around in the dark most of the time; problems seem to just keep getting on top of me, no matter how many I get rid of it seems like more just keep coming out of the walls. :(...

    Ridiculous crap

There was my orc NPC, The Kurnel, who had a bar in the orclands named "Kurnel's Fried Cut-offs". He specialized in deep fried small-races on a skewer, with halfling as the original recipe but eventually he came out with an extra-crispy gnome.

Have you ever used the 10-foot pole?

Plus, they were useful for measuring out the dungeon for mapping on the 10' to a square graph paper. Thus, the replacement in 3E of the 10' pole with the 5' pole.

Half-Dragons. Do you used them? (And WotC's half-breed fetish)

I think the entire half-this/half-that/half-the other thing is very overdone as well, and have said so in a long ago thread. However, other folks convinced me in the thread that using templates to create new monsters was a good thing. Now I can throw together a kobold, slab on the...

    My screwed-up relationship :(

My turn to ask for relationship advice :( . It's extremely embarrassing to have to do this; I thought I could figure this out on my own, but I'm at a loss. Don't worry about sugar coating the truth, I can take it. Most of you don't really know me that well, but from reading your messages, I'm...

    Gary Gygax and ???...

Darn tootin' ! D&D and Thundarr, while eating enough Coccoa Puffs to put you into a diabetic coma, good days.

How do your players view the Purple Dragons?

My group is currently based out of a small logging hamlet on the southern edge of the Hullack Forest, about a day's ride from Thunderstone. I've used the recent events and war in Cormyr to make the place much more frontier-y than the kingdom would normally be; Hullack is even more monster-ridden...

    About ... your table

6' x 3' folding conference style table set up in my gaming room. Several nice comfortable chairs around it. The walls of the room filled with bookcases full of gaming books, props, minis and terrain, etc. A couple of lamps a few candle sticks around to provide ambience. My computer on a seperate...

    Exalted players are security risks!

Never seen a pic of piratecat, have you? Due to an unfortunate birth malformation, the man looks like he has a blowhole. :(

Or he could just be making it all up to make him look all cool, and sticking it to the man, and stuff.

    Rate Doom 3

Give it an 7.5 - 8. Atmosphere and moodiness are awesome; I understand why they did the flashlight the way they did and have enjoyed the frantic switching back and forth between light and gun as I try to stay alive; it may be a cheap suspense tactic but it works ok. And I can always apply the...

    Vacation

And you know it would have devolved into a flame war over whether pre-15K Crothian was best, or whether ENWorld made a mistake releasing the 20K Crothian so soon; and sooner or later Diaglo would have chimed in to say that he's not read any Crothian since the 300-baud aucoustic Crothian.

Which 'Campaign Classics' would you buy?

Greyhawk, Spelljammer, and another vote for Planescape, although I've gotten most of it now via the pdfs for sale. Heck, 4 of those I've never even heard of; they really must have been cranking out the settings during the D&D vacation I took when 2e came out.
