    5E Summoner Class, First Pass

A CR 7 creature with your proficiency bonus added to everything seems way overpowered. The lower level abilities seem fine, but I wouldn't go past Large or CR 2. Instead, maybe give the ability to cast spells around your eidolon (they're never a target unless you want them to be) and another...

New Weapons Help - Weighted Chain, Military Flail, Repeating Crossbow, etc.

    It's essentially a utility pole-arm, so price it like a pole-arm.

    New Class: Istari

That's fine, but it makes me wonder why you bothered to post the class if you didn't want any critiquing or suggestions for improvement.

    New Spell: Acid Spheres

Seems like infinite, though it is a 5th level spell.

D&D 5E (2014) Everyone Starts at First Level

I was just about to suggest this, until I noticed it was already said. +1

    New Spell: Acid Spheres

A bit wordy, but I like it. I'm assuming it's a Sorcerer and Wizard spell?

    New Class: Istari

I was trying to avoid that, but since my ideas fall on deaf ears I'll just say ditto!

    New Class: Istari

I'm guessing you didn't enjoy the movie versions of the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, as those have Gandalf doing plenty of combat stuff. Anyone who picks the class will want to be like Gandalf more often than not. The movie Gandalf. The majority of my suggestions just involved powering up...

New Weapons Help - Weighted Chain, Military Flail, Repeating Crossbow, etc.

So long as it doesn't gain reach, the weighted chain could be a nice addition to the monk's weapons. If the repeating crossbow is loaded one bolt at a time, then bolts would be the same price as regular crossbows, but the repeating crossbow itself would/should be expensive. Something to save...

    New Class: Istari

This class has very little combat effectiveness, which seems out of place for what are effectively angels in human form. Looks more like a cheerleader class, which bards and clerics already do well and also kick ass while doing it. I'm assuming since it's middle-earth the normal caster classes...

    New Spell: Arcane Blood

I like it. It would pair well with a new sorcerous origin where you were literally born from magic. Also, a multiclass sorceror/fighter or sorceror/paladin could get some nice use out of this as well.

New Spell: Gheistfeld (Spirit field/Spooky field)

The name is a bit misleading as it has nothing to do with interacting with spirits or ghosts. Because you mention sorcery points I'm guessing this is a sorcerer only spell? I guess it adds a bit of utility to sorcerer class as they are lacking in it.

    5e Dragon Shaman Conversion

Good points. You should get someone to try the class out.

    5e Dragon Shaman Conversion

Oh, I already thought it was once per turn. Yeah, that's how it should work. What do you think of the idea of increasing the die at higher levels? Too powerful? You're already increasing the power of other auras.

    5e Dragon Shaman Conversion

Power aura could be 1d4 to melee damage to start but all the +1d4 auras could become +1d6 at higher levels.

5E Fighter Variant - Light Fighter (experiment)

    A lot more clear, thanks.

    5e Dragon Shaman Conversion

Brass should get Dunewalker like the blue get. Not sure why gold dragons get water breathing. I'd give them Treasure Seeker like the reds get. They are equal opposites after all. As for the two "dead levels", for starters I'd suggest an ability to sense draconic creatures in a certain radius...

    5e Dragon Shaman Conversion

You forgot the usual ability score increases at 12th and 19th level. That'll help fill out the class features a little bit.

5E Fighter Variant - Light Fighter (experiment)

Alright, looks better now, though I question one more thing. The Firearms fighting style lets you use your bonus action to reload, but firearms take 2 or 3 actions to reload. Did you mean for the fighting style to change it from 2-3 actions to a single bonus action, or is it supposed to mean...

5E Fighter Variant - Light Fighter (experiment)

A few comments: Why do they get 2 good saves? Everyone gets one of (con, dex, wis) and one of (str, int, cha). I'd switch out con saves for either int or cha saves. Brawler keeps mentioning a fist weapon in addition to unarmed strikes. What's a fist weapon? Do you mean like a cestus? Do...
