    New Class: Artificer (Eberron)

Now that I can actually read through it, it looks like it could be fun to play. I haven't read it in total, but the pieces I did read look balanced enough.

    New Feat: Self-Motivator

I think you meant to say should not be for one class only. I do agree with that myself. Instead I think a feat that gives an extra use for bards or a couple uses for any other class would be better. It'd just have to drop the prereq and re-word the middle bullet. Otherwise it's fine.

There's no button or link to actually download it.

D&D 5E (2014) Increasing the power of spells?

If this is a decision after playing the game for a while, then go for it. If this is from just reading the rules, then I'd say first play as is. Casters still can do a lot of things the noncasters cannot do., both in and out of combat. Also keep in mind what your players think of this change.

    New Ranger Class Archetype: Longbowman

Sort of the Champion of the rangers? I like that it'd fit well in a Basic 5e game. It'd be nice to see one for the melee ranger too.

    Blizzard Dragons in 5e

The Adult and Ancient are the ones I'm talking about. Most DCs are in the 12 to 17 range, so 22 seems rather high. I haven't looked at high CR monsters in a while, so perhaps 19-22 is normal, but they just look very high.

    Blizzard Dragons in 5e

    The DCs seem too high.

Swashbuckler Base Class (WIP) WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP

Please stop shouting at me. There's some neat ideas in there, so I hope someone else can help you along. I wait in anticipation for version 2.0

Redefining D&D 5E Classes and Skills

Play a game or two of this and let us know how it goes. I'm glad you didn't go the route of skill points like in 3e/PF, as those annoy me.

Wild Shape Fixes - Because It's OP

I'd have to see druids in action first before using any of these, but some are interesting.

    Swordmage class

Well with two-weapon style you're in the same boat as with two-handed weapons. Dueling/precision would normally be used with a shield if a fighter were using them, which brings it back to swordmage not normally using a shield. Essentially you trade the ability to use a stronger shield (i.e. a...

    Swordmage class

I think the point of giving a bigger boost to AC when you have a free hand is because the swordmage is often depicted without a shield, so without a greater boost to AC everyone will just use two-handed weapons as there's no reason not to.

D&D 5E (2014) Is 'Paladin Oathbreaker' the 'Blackguard' of the 5E?

I homebrewed a less divine Blackguard class you can find here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?367324-Blackguard

    D&D 5E (2014) CR to Level calculation ?

Perhaps the DMG will have it, but for now I don't think there are any guidelines on how they relate. Instead I'd stat it up how you want and then compare it to something that already has a CR, like the NPC mage.

    Monk Subclass: Way of Determination

All monks get proficiency with all saves at 14th, so giving Constitution saving throw proficiency again at 17th makes no sense. I'd drop that part and switch it to refresh on a short or long rest. It's situational at best anyways as you shouldn't be dropping to 0 that often. Also, an extra...

    Swordmage class

In addition to what Khaalis mentioned, there are also typos such as the school of the duskblade mentioning an arcane hunter and several mentions of minor actions which should be changed to bonus action. I do enjoy the overall concept and wait in anticipation for a version 2.0

    Monk Subclass: Way of Determination

I would limit the first ability to a number of times equal to WIS mod before needing a short or long rest. Otherwise they'd burn almost all their hit dice on ki points. Otherwise the subclass looks pretty good. Good job.

D&D 5E (2014) What are your world Races?

I've been tinkering with a setting where the usual common races(other than human) are uncommon races, and homebrew races take the top spots with the human societies. These homebrew races include a bear-like race, a living plant race and a race of spirits that possess dead humans given to them...
