I shied away from the feats because, if you're going to load up on feats then you might as well go with the Fighter class. And the only issue I see with Flashy Attack is that it has a use/day limitation, which is something I was trying to avoid. Thanks for the feedback everyone. :)

On second thought, a shield-using weapon master wouldn't benefit from the increased AC if it were a shield bonus. I think it would also encourage the use to 2-handed weapons, which wasn't my intent. Hmm, maybe we should call it a precision bonus to AC. Not usable when flat-footed and applying...
