Pathfinder 2E Never give up on PF2

If PF2 is so easy to run, then why not run a game for your fellow Enworlders??? Once the doubters see the engine in action, I'm sure they'll change their minds. Less telling people PF2 is great; more showing people PF2 is great please.

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D Pre-orders; this is sad

You want the D&D brand, you deal with the mega Corp. You want to be treated well? Go somewhere else.

D&D General D&D Assumptions Ain't What They Used To Be

If memory serves, there was an episode of Hercules where he ended up as a forced gladiator and forced to fight others for an evil king and queen. Of course, the forced gladiator fights were ended by the time the episode was over.

D&D General Something for all you adventure scavengers out there.

If you hang around Enworld long enough, you'll hear from people who don't use published adventures wholesale, but buy them anyway to strip out useful parts for their own campaign. I'm like, why not just buy a product solely full of the thing you want to strip out? Like just a book of NPCs...

D&D General D&D Assumptions Ain't What They Used To Be

Which is why I advocate for Enworlders to stream their games. It's a crime that people can see us run games! They could learn so much if they see masters of their craft at work.

D&D General D&D Editions: Anybody Else Feel Like They Don't Fit In?

We're Enworlders. We don't fit in D&D. We change D&D so IT FITS US!

    Origins Experiences

You can give negative feedback without starting a fight. In order for conventions (or anything for that matter) to provide a good experience for you, they need to know what is working or not working. As for convention play (note that I'm not using the term organized play), I'm not sure how...

D&D General Defining "New School" Play (+)

But the rules not reflecting the intended play experience is OSR to the core. In OSR, the DM ignores the rules or beats into their preferred shape!

But running games can be fun! So many Enworlders here are adamant about WOTC driving D&D off a cliff yet they refuse to take any action to correct course? How will people learn about the true essence of D&D besides from playing a game run by a person who understands it themselves?? Do you...

D&D General Alternate thought - rule of cool is bad for gaming

Rule of Cool should be embraced by all who have EMPOWERMENT. It explains that DM's judgement should override the rules, because it creates a more fun game.
